You Get Up-to-date Payroll Information

We use integrated payroll systems within your accounting system, such as Tripletex, or Nettlønn, a cloud-based payroll system. In addition to Tripletex, our main system, we also work with Conta, PowerOffice Go, Fiken and eAccounting. We can handle payroll processing for you, so you can spend your time growing your business.

Minimum Wage and Employment Contract

Norway has no general statutory minimum wage, with exceptions for employees in certain industries to prevent wage dumping. The current applicable rates for your industry can be found on the website of the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority (Arbeidstilsynet).

Here you can download the Norwegian standard employment contract, valid from 1 July 2024 (available in Norwegian only).
