What does bookkeeping cost at Economy Regnskap?

We offer a fixed price from 2,000 NOK/month for our full-service package, tailored to your company’s size and transaction volume. We also offer hourly pricing for those who prefer it. Contact us for a no-obligation quote tailored to your business.

What’s included in the full-service package?

The full-service package includes ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliation, VAT reporting, payroll processing and annual accounts. You also get web-based access to your accounts 24/7.

Can I switch from hourly pricing to a fixed price?

Yes, you can switch between hourly pricing and a fixed price at any time. Contact us and we’ll find the solution that best suits your business.

Process and onboarding

How do I get started with Economy Regnskap?

Become a client through our website, or contact us directly. We’ll arrange a meeting to map out your needs, and start onboarding shortly after.

What do you need from me?

We need access to your receipts/invoices and any existing accounting system. We’re also happy to help you set up an accounting system if you don’t already have one.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your business and how quickly we get access to the necessary documentation.

What is bookkeeping?

Why do I need bookkeeping?

Bookkeeping is a legal requirement in Norway, and it also gives you an overview of your company’s finances. Good bookkeeping makes it easier to make the right decisions and avoid unpleasant surprises at year-end.

Can I do the bookkeeping myself?

Yes, it’s entirely possible to do your own bookkeeping. Many still choose to outsource it to an accounting office to save time, ensure correct handling, and get ongoing professional support.

Which accounting systems do you use?

We use Tripletex as our main system, in addition to Conta, PowerOffice Go, Fiken and eAccounting. We help you choose and set up the system that best fits your business.

Can I view my accounts at any time?

Yes, you get web-based access to your accounts 24/7 through the relevant accounting system.

Annual accounts and tax

What are annual accounts?

Annual accounts consist of the annual report, tax return and, where applicable, the shareholder register statement, and must be prepared by all bookkeeping-obligated businesses after the end of the financial year.

When do I need to submit my annual accounts?

Deadlines vary depending on business type, but the tax return for limited companies is normally due by the end of May the following year. We keep track of all deadlines for you.

What do annual accounts cost?
